Manage Favorites

I posted a question awhile ago about being able to manage my favorites (changing the order, deleting some, etc). I had this ability in 1.43, but lost it when I upgraded to 3.45.
Can someone still with 1.43 post up the "program" for this. I remember it being on the first page and called Favorites Manager.
...of course, this is IF its possible to import and use it on 3.45.
