can any one help?

nextel told me i might need the newest software for my i830 and told me if my net doesnt work in 12-24 hrs( i do have the globe), but no ip address, just the carrier ip. then i need to go to the nextel store and get the new software for my phone....

but, how do i go to the nextel store? with a modded cp?.
