Can someone properly explain the gps settings in a verizon kyovera kx2 in the programming area.

how the setting are configured and what they do?
WITHIN THE GPS SETTINGS AREA
-ip address and port
-What IP address is that for its like a 48.48.48.0 with a port808.....
-transport mode
-it gives an option of IP or DBM?
-test mode
-it gives an option of OFF, single meas, or multi meas
-accuracy
-it gives optoin of min-fast or max

How can this function be used for my own personal use instead of just 911?

First of all i dont know why its called gps..its actually called "E" GPS. E is for emergencey. ONLY for emergency.
