K so i got BT DUN to work some of the times.... But other times its sooo difficult! It wont register me on the Network for some odd reason. So how can i teather with the hot sync cable without the use of PDAnet.. Don't feel like paying $30 or whatever it is for it. So a link or step by step would be great!

Everything dials and works but i get error 734 when trying to register me on the network!? Anyone?

be very carefull with tethering your 650 to a laptop because you could easily use tons of data which could cost you alot of money should Cingular catch you doing that without being on the PDA data plan.

its already happened to lots of people on this forum. they have b*tched and complained several times over about how Cingular stuck them with a $300 or $400 data bill when they only have themselves to blame.

Ok... but i've heard of tons and tons of people who have used it this way no problems... And even if they did charge for it how would that be my fault? The people who signed me up for my plan knew i had a PDA phone and they offered me the media net unlimited... So i dont see that being my problem!
