Like the screen on my treo 600 has yellow dots. Could i just contact tmobile or will i have to pay, so fourth.

Like...I wasnt like aware that like t-mobile sold treo 600s like ever. Did they?
Is it under a warranty?

Yes, T-mobile did sell the treo but is has been discontinued. It is still unclear whether they will be getting the 650. I hope they do.
