I just installed the Parrot CK3100 in our 92 Camry and while it is not a plug and play item, it was not too difficult. If your radio has ISO connectors, it does simplify the install.
I was annoyed at first as my girlfriends Moto V551 worked with no problem and my 650 just kept resetting and would not work with the Parrot. After some hunting on other sites, the problem with the 650 is solved. The 650/Parrot combo does not tolerate extra digits on speed dials. Remove them and it works perfectly.
This carkit solves the issue with changing or different phones as it works with any Bluetooth phone. The audio quality is excellent and it is easy to use. If two BT phones are in the car, you can pick the active one with no problem.
Couple of notes to help you:
Do the Palm Bluetooth update for your 650
Do the current release update on the Parrot (easy, with bluetooth dongle and laptop (very cool)
