Treo Locks Up after 1.28 Firmware

Greetings - I just installed the 1.28 firmware on my cingular treo. I was glad to get rid of all the cingular c**p, but I am now having a problem. My treo will often lockup. This seems to happen when it is coming in and out of service ( I livein NYC and each time I go into the subway it looses service ). Has anyone else experieced this?

You might wanna check this thread out. Something about 1.30 Firmware uprgrading the GSM radio. It might be a fix.... Not sure exactly what it does though.

I would just like to confirm anyone else having this problem should read this thread:

In short, turning off network time sync solved the problem. Appears to be a bug.
