CDMA8910 (Bell) Cant get my phone data....

I did everything that was instructed but Birpim wont detect my phone. If I go in Device manager, in the modem settings and do a query modem I get a response back.??? In the instruction it mentioned to plug the phone without opening it and that it shout turn on by itself but mine didnt. Installed the drivers and Bitpim 0.7.33. Ican browse my phone with the "Filesystem" But I get an error when getting my phone data(Using the default phone model(lgvx4400) as mine not listed":
