Encryption software for Treo 650

Does anyone know/use any decent encryption software for the Treo 650? What I require is something that can perform DH/DSS encryption/decryption (really all I need is decryption) using the CAST cipher. I'd be interested in hearing about any software, even if he can't do what's required. Thanks!
