Or at least i htink it did. Well yesterday i turned off my fone to put it on the charger for the night and i notice when i tryed to power it back up the screen wouldnt come back on, only the green light in front came on. Thats the only thing the fone does when i try to turn it on. I was just wondering had this every happen to any1 and how did Verizon help you with it as in warranty wise?

You "put it on the charger"? Desktop charger?

Take it back to the Verizon store, say it stopped working, and they should give you a new phone... if not, I have a few phones I could sell you that work...

I work in a Verizon service center. I see those phones come in with that problem regularly. We have to send them off to Audiovox to have them repaired.

I wouldn't recommend its purchase until they get rid of that issue...

That has happened to me a few times before. Did you try taking out the battery and then putting the battery back in? That works for me...

im in the same predicament...my phone turned off, i thought it was the battery dying so I connect to charge it, then try to turn it on and I get nothing at all. only the green light turns on.

Right...Did you try taking out the battery and then putting the battery back in?

yes i tried that and did a power cycle i think, by taking it out for a few hours. nothing at all.

im going to take it to a VZ store tomorrow.

took the phone in and they couldnt do anything to help. so they gave me a brand new phone. in the end i got a new phone but lost all my numbers and pictures.
