P910a issues with video messages

Using this phone on Cingular I keep getting messages that a message sent to me has been deleted by MMS adaption. I get pictures just fine and can send videos but I can't recieve video clips from anyone. Any suggestions if this can be fixed (not a big deal but it would be nice).
