Need Help On My Inno 89

My inno 89 has blanked out and the display screen is white and I have tried everything. I flipped my phone closed and I guess I did it too hard because the screen is completely white now. Does anybody know how to contact innostream people because I have sent numerous emails and they have not responsed at all.
