I hate people that always say the following, "that phone only costs 3 cents to make."
What n d blu hell would make you think that any wireless phone cost 3 cents to make!!!
Do any other of you sales reps get this BS from customers. And its always the ones with the 29.99 or lower plan. Every store I visited today was the same thing. I don't have insurance, I still have a contract, why do i need to sign a contract....
It gets old real quick.

It never changes. And i love it because they'll end up taking the sh**tiest phone you carry, and come back a week later if/when it breaks.
Additionally, they'll yell about the 5c to make it, then storm out. I'm like "Go buy it for 3c then, i'd love to see that happen, champ!"

How about when they want the free phone, the LG 1300, and you say no its junk, and they get it and come back after the 30 days complaining. Or when the decline insurance and the phone breaks and the free phone costs 119.99 to replace and they say "120? This phone is free gimme another!"
