Is the 6620 still the best phone out for cingular? Have any newer phones come out yet with newer features (utms)? Have any updates been released to the 6620(push to talk)? When will the ITunes phone come out and how much will it cost?

6620 PTT -Wont be supported, 6620 is being phased out. 6682 is replacing it, no PTT support either. Cingular PTT will operate off of a network developed by Kodiak. Currently no Nokia phones support it.

UMTS- Nationwide launch by 4Q 05 is the target but doubtful. Look for top 25 markets by 4Q 05.

iTunes Phone- This phones has nothing to do with Cingular as of yet. It looks like it will come to Cingular but who knows.

6620, best phone with Cingular? Are you kidding me? I think, S710a and Razr V3 are undoubtedly the two best phones from Cingular. Even the 6230, with it's tiny and crappy display is better than 6620.

The RAZR is better for looks, the S710 is better for he camera. The 6620 takes longer videos than the S710 and has the Symbian OS for running apps and stuff which makes it better. How ever size and cost are a downfall to this phone. If it wasnt for the Symbian OS this phone wouldnt be any better than a Z500.

Why are you so against the 6620, while on the large side it's a very nice phone with a good display killer RF and a somewhat ok camera.

And it's symbian.
