Black V3 problem...

hey whats up fellas i got my black razr a few days and now when i first turn it on and it says searching for network which is fine, but while it says its searching and i go to close the flip the external screen goes black and i soon get no bars and cingular does not appear under the signal bars area up top everytime...any suggestions? thanks in advance...

your not getting reception..happens to me all the time but only because i lost the antenna on my v551

but it never did this at all, iam not doing anything out of the ordinary...so there is no problem then?
