Moving contacts from phone to sim card on GU87

I just bought a new phone and I plan to migrate all my contacts/phone numbers that are on my Panasonic GU87 phone to the SIM card.

I looked through the whole manual and I can't find a way to move them over using the phone alone.

I do have a serial data cable that I can download my contacts from the phone to the computer. I believe when the data is downloaded to the computer, I can assign the contacts on the phone to the SIM card and the upload it again to the phone.
Is that the only way to transfer phone numbers from the phone itself to the SIM card?

Otherwise you can do it, one contact at a time. The computer is the better option
