Trouble sending & Receiving Pix/Text mes.

I just purchased a 650 from VZW and am having trouble sending and getting pix. I called tech. support and they advised to soft reset my phone and see what happens. After reseting all my pics messages that were stored in my outbox got sent and my recieved Pix message finally loaded. A 1/2 hour later I had to soft reset again for the same problems. I did Recieve the following error message "The service can not be located by Name DSN Not responding".

I called tech back and they stated to do a hard reset, which I did but the problem still occurs.

Any suggestions on how to solve this? Should I bring the phone back?
