Ipod Class Action Settlement

I recieved this in the mail the other day for my 3g ipod. It does seem that I need a new battery, any one else get this in the mail? What sucks is I paid cash for my 3g over 2years ago and didn't keep reciepts. And you need proof of purchace to file claim.

Sorry to hear that. Now you know to always keep the receipts of big purchases and when you pay cash always ask for a receipt just to be safe.

no big deal....i only use my ipod in my car so its hooked up to my alpine unit always to give it power.
