is there a way to reboot everything and start from scratch?

Have you done anything to the phone recently? I.E: played with the settings using the PST or added a bunch of ringtones or wallpapers?

I do not think this problem can be fixed. It is a kind of flash memory problem.

Yeah I kinda thought so too, just had to make sure. You can email Kyocera with the error code and they might be able to help...eitherway I hope its still under warrenty =)

well im on virgin mobile so its not so bad i think ill just get one of the cheaper phones

has anyone switched phones with virigin before? did you have to something to your old phone? cause i cant do anything with mine

You shouldn't have to do anything with your old phone. They only need the ESN (Electronic Serial Number) off the new one to swich everything over.
