Now this is a nice looking Sharp 902SH. Why is it soooo expensive, and very hard to find.

from what i read.. the ferrari edition is very very limited. limited to like less than 200 models.. not sure if that is correct.. but it is.. it is limited.. its a very bright and sharp red.. and it will catch alot of ppl's attention.. but if u ask me.. its perfect for those who bought the acer ferrari laptop.. and those who actually drive the **** thing.

I think there were more than 200 models made because when I contacted Vodafone UK 2 weeks ago, they had 166 in stock.

One week ago it was 122, then a few days later it had dropped to 106.

Today, my friend ordered one and that had 80 in stock...

So they do seem to be going fast!

i actually do like them. they look kind of nice. i like the firmware tho. its sooo different lol. yah. on ebay they are sellin for like 700 US. ****..

Could you please direct me to were you saw the Sharp 902 Ferrai Edition being sold for US$700.

For that price I will but two more. It cost me US$1200 to buy my unit from Vodafone, then pay someone else in UK to unlock it, then have them shipped it to me in Canada.

I know it sounds like a lot of money to spend on a phone. But
take a look at the price this guy on Ebay paid.

The current price on Vodafone UK is £85 for the handset which includes VAT.
There is a Tariff that is half price line rental for 6 months, 500 minutes, 100 texts, 50 video calls per month, so it works out to be about £680 for the phone and contract.

Of course, if you cancel early, then you pay the lot!

There are 64 in stock now!

That ebay sale said only 110 made!

Maybe he meant the first batch!

um.... $1200 is reasonable but 5k just for the paint and a ferrari logo? i bet ppl from hong kong will starting manufacture faked ferrari version which looks exactly the same as the real one... since you could install ferrari firmware on any v902 or sx813 already

As I request in my previous post, could someone direct me to were I can buy a Sharp 902SH Ferrari Edition for US$700, and yes I will buy two of them.

I don't want to know what the price of the phone is on a contract in UK, because I live in Canada, and a phone contact in UK will serve me no purpose.

Vodafone UK now has 3 in stock... 'twas 64 a few days ago!

great deals on it now... 50 pounds, plus half price line rental for 6 months,
gives a total contract price of 590 pounds..

Also get a free S-E HBH608 headset... 3 months insurance free.. etc etc etc.... not bad at all..!

Hi,

the deal for the Ferrari was cheaper, than that original one. And no need to waste time getting it flashed, unless the person wants to go back to Japanese firmware so that full Japanese input is there....
