if you mean 6230i=new then no
cingular offers still the same ol vga camera, 65,000 color screen, etc.
now it is just ens capable and has the bluetooth bugs worked out

It's definitely not the 6230i, though an 850MHz version is in the works. Anyway, the 6230 that Cingular sells has newer firmware than the ones they first sold.
