Phonescoop, http://www.phonescoop.com/ ,got the pic to it.I think it's a nice phone but I never really trust LG phones.

LG not allowed to produce bluetooth phone yet for Cingular if I am not mistaken. They do however have a nice PTT phone coming out. I "think LG"s phone selection will get better with time.

Many of their CDMA phones, especially their Korean and VZW offerings, are high quality products, and as IHAP pointed out, they also make other quality home appliances. Surely, they have made some crappy GSM phones, but in time I think they'll begin to offer phones that are better quality.

Agreed. I love the LG vx6000, 7000, and 8000.

I think IHAP or someone else pointed out that we should see the korean manufacturers surpasing our beloved nok, mot, and se in the future. question is how distant or near?

it seems like the korean manufacturers dont seem like to like BT all that much. I mean just recently in the past year samsung has added BT to their phones even though they had the licenses to add it to there phones for years

Is the screen small, or is the phone really big? Just kinda seems like a lot of realestate around the screen.(similar to the Z500a :rolleyes2 ) I'm not to wild about the GLOSS Black exterior. Looks like a CHEAPO afermarket housing.

It sounds like BS to me but many of manu sales reps said that LG, Samsung, or anyone new to the Cingular line up are required to only produce low to mid range phones. Cases in point I said the SAM P777 is high end. How do you justify that. They responded most of the Korean manus have GSM phones that they would love to bring to the states but existing contracts with Nokia, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, etc. prevent this from happening. Another case in point Nokia has rights to Candy Bar form style to the end of this year. Never seen anything in writing then again I never will, but I do find it strange that there is a valid point to this story.

ie. I posted a while back that the Samsung P207 will make it to store shelves. This was announce in a training meeting nearly 2 months ago. Never happened. It was also to have multi colors, one black and one pearl. Due to the cost of the phone it will never make it to stores.The new kids on the block high end phones are to be e-sales only if they get approved.

Phone has been delayed by Cingular, was a late fall launch. No new date yet. Available at Best Buy only at launch.
