Deleting Mp3 help!!....please?

Hi

I created a sound folder with active sync and placed a mp3 in there. It plays using the wma. However, when i try an delete it on the phone it says "error"....I cant delete it in active sync either...when I try and delete it it says file "file sharing violation"...WTF!!?...whats sharing it?....whats going on? Should be simple process right?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Did it maybe get attached as a custom ringtone or sound?

I have found with WMP or Betaplayer when you stop playing a file you must either kill the app through resource manager/menu/task manager or change to a different file or restart phone (which kills the app) to be able to manage the file that was last being used.
