Hi,

How do I turn vibration off and just have the phone ring when there is an incoming call? Also, can i change the time the phone rings before it goes to my voice mail?

go start - settings - profiles

then got to whichever one you use, probably NORMAL, then hit MENU, EDIT, then go to ring type and you can chose either RING or RING ONCE (rather than viberate and ring, which is probably what it is on now) Let me know if you have problems...

I believe the amount of time before voicemail picks up is an option set by cell provider customer service on your voicemail account. You may be able to set it yourself if your cell provider has good website
