MM-7400 Bitpim/Data Cable Question.

I have the MM-7400, I have The Data Cable and Bitpim. I used a webpage uploader to send mp4 Ringers to my phone. That's fine. But I'm wondering what the phones PC LINK feature is for ? When I try sending tones through Bitpim. It says they're going to the part in the phone that says "PC Link" and "Downloaded from PC Ringers" Bitpim shows them there as ringers in the PC LINK section . Yet I don't see them in there on the phone . What's this about? And is there a way to get the ringers in the phone that way without using the website I use to upload them to them phone instead?
