Bluetooth As Modem?? Not Working!!

Hello all

I am trying to set up Bluetooth as a modem on my SMT5600. I have the Actisync set up and I am able to sync with my laptop. When I want to use the phone's GPRS connection as a modem, it doesn't work. Here is what I have done that's causing me trouble. I go into the bluetooth icon in Windows. I see my phone and I press Properties. When I try to ENABLE Dial Up Network, it says ACCESS IS DENIED. is there someting I should do to ENABLE access?? Any help would be great!!
