Bigger Problem WAP not even working nemore can someone tell me if I am right?

Everyone instead of just getting google now I dont get nething. Now my verizon audiovox 8910 says network cannot be reached please try again later to every single proxy I try even on the ones it originally worked with. I am thinking that it just needs to be set back to factory settings. Thats where my questions come into play... 1.Will a factory reset (aka hard reset) fix my problem and 2)will a factory/hard reset delete all my pictures i have taken???
An answer to my qeustions asap would be great.
