LG L1400 GSM Communicator Beta 0.0.1.2 Released

Added custom delay settings in the File Menu to help aid with people who can't get their phone detected or download pictures.
Default is 0.5 seconds which seems fine with a data cable. Don't know if this will help people who have had trouble before with the IR port but try different delays and let me know please
Added Registry Values for Com Port and Delay so once you select it once you don't have to again unless you want to change them.
Fixed 'Get Picture' when no index entry selected throws exception bug
Still trying to troubleshoot 640x480 using an IR port instead of datacable, now taht i finnaly got my hands on an IR Port. But this might provided as a bandaid for now, but only way to know is have people try it out and let me know. Thanks
