Sanyo MM7400 Question. Bitpim/PCSYNC/Data Cable Help

Hello. I recently bought the Sanyo MM-7400 Switching over from Verizon. Anyhow. I noticed with this phone there is a section in the phone for PC Sync. I've been uploading my ringtones to the phone from a website. They sound great . No problem there. Just one question was. I tried using bitpim and it had said the ringtones were going to PC Sync section. and in the bitpim file log they are shown as being there in the phone.. Yet when i go to PC Sync on the phone. .They aren't there. What's the whole PC Sync and Ringers Downloaded from PC section all about? is there a way to get them there rather than just uploading them from a site and they go into the downlaod section?

I have the same kind of related question as well.

I want to buy a data cable and upload wallpapers and acc files to use as ringtones.

What software should i get and what are the steps to make sure it works?

Was the mm-7400 a good choice?

I had to pay 200 for the phone and since I am on the 14 day trial if a better phone can be recommended or if i can find this phone cheaper I'd do that.

help would be appreciated.
