902SH: No Sound?

Hi, I recently got myself a new phone and I'm proud to say I love my 902SH. HOWEVER, when I'm calling out, I can't hear the other person on the other side nor can I talk to the person either. Yes the phone has been unlocked (to which version --old or new--, I don't know). I also tried using the headphone speakers and even tried voice and video recording but it doesn't pick up any noise. I'm pretty sure it's not muted either. Incoming and outgoing calls work... just no sound whatsoever.

So as much as I love my phone, a phone isn't a phone if you can't make phone calls.

Would this be the fault during unlocking or the cellphone's hardware/software problem? :/

Thanks in advance if anyone can help me with this. m(_ _)m

Wow.. thats REALLY weird. Yeah I was gonna say how can you love the phonel it cant make calls! What I woudl do is try it on Rogers. I have a feeling it might have something to do with the Fido netwrok

Thanks for the help guys!

I apparently found the problem~

It seems like it was due to the Fido-Rogers integration. I find that weird because it even affected my voice/video recording ~_~;;. The timing was rather bad I'd say... not to mention, it made me overreact for no reason. Nonetheless, I'm glad that's solved.

Thanks again all~~

Btw, loving it to bits. XD
