How do i enable file transfer with my bluetooth pc.

Well that depends on what drivers you have installed for BT on your computer.
If you want to send a file to your computer, first right click on the BT icon in the task bar on your computer and select Recieve File....if you do this and you don't see Receive file then you are using the Widcomm drivers and you can skip this step. If you do have Recieve file then select it and then do the following:
On your phone go to file manager and select the file you want to send, hit menu, send and recieve and select your computer in the device list (not it will take a lil bit to show the devices in range because it will search for them)
If you want to send a file from your computer to your phone, just right click on the file on your computer and select send and select Bluetooth.
