X88/X77 A39 Tetris

I have upgraded the firmware on my X88 to A39 and can't see much improvement. I read somewhere in this forum that the A39 firmware contains Tetris but I am still left with the crappy infusio games 
How do I get tetris? What else can I do with this A39? Will there be an A40?
