Uploading pictures on LX7000

I already know how to use BitPim to upload pictures onto my phone,
however when I used the program it crops the image. When I use the camera feature the images are 640X480 and I can oviously use them as Wallpaper.

When I Download the images the size is dropped to 174X184. Is there a way to get the 640X480 versions onto my phone?
I have already tried using QPST, I am thinking that perhaps the .JPG saved on my computer is a slightly different format that the LX 7000 uses.

I believe it might have something to do with the Index file.

Uh, your phone isn't capable of displaying 640x480. That's too large. The phone automatically displays the largest size it can.

Still, a 640X480 shot will display...it will just be smaller in the phone. A 640x480 taken by the phone will display as 640x480 on a computer.

Whenever you upload pix to your phone, you need to go into the directory:

/dload

and delete the image.dat file. Reboot the phone (turn off and on or use BitPim's feature for that) and your image.dat file will be re-built.

I hope I'm understanding your post...and your problem! ;-)
