INNO 90 No Sound! Heeeeelp

Ok guys my LCD was broken so i changed it today from another inno90 Same model and everything. When i turned it on i got no sound any suggestions?

you most likely damaged something while changing the LCD

The Lcd is working fine but like i said no sound. When i placed my old LCD that is broken i get Sound with no problems. When i got the new LCD in the mail it looked just fine and i was extra carefull not to drop it or damage the wires. I dont think i damaged anything it might have to do with the software in the phone or speaker.

Nerver mind i found the problem the speaker was defective when i got it in the mail. I spoke with the person that sold it to me and found out it was bad.
Oh well back to the drawing board!
