yes. go find the instructions on the jabra site for putting it into pairing mode, then put the headset into paring mode, the jabra will auto pair with the headset.
its not that hard to read a manual, is it?

I use the A210 adapter with my HS850 earpiece. It's a pain in the *** but it's so nice to have a wireless earpiece.
