5300 auto restarts sometimes when on vision?

my 5300 restarts itself sometimes when i am using the browser, but only when i use the browser. anyone experience that?

It's only happened to me once. Maybe it's best to call/go to a Sprint store and have it checked out if it does it too much.

there is a software upgrade for the 5300...maybe that will fix it. i need to get to a sprint store

Hey, why is it so hard to access pcs mail? I also don't understand the 'Share Picture' thing. Is it the same as uploading your pictures into that pictures@sprintpcs.com? If it's the same as 'uploading', then why even put the option there?

I'm sooo confused.

I believe the "Share" allows you to email the picture directly to an email address, or a Sprint phone # which I think is both uploading and sending that user a notification, but I'm not sure...

Ya know, I tried that. When it says 'type in a phone number', I did and I had already had the person in both my phone phone book and my online Sprint phonebook but an error screen happened. Second time I decided to type the email address in, and it took forever. I actually pressed 'end' to stop it because I had waited so long. But it showed up online (strangely since I never let the phone complete the transfer). So, I don't know if my phone 'froze' or what.

Is my phone defective?

Actually that happened to me too. It took so long I hit end, thinking I cancelled the upload, but it completed and showed up just fine.

I read that people were having that problem with all different kinds of phones, and from what I gathered from it was it was the phone re-configuring itself. That there was nothing wrong with the phone itself.
