The wife is having an intermittent issue with her 2235 where it will "ring", but she never hears it or it never vibrates. She'll look at the display and it will say 1 missed call or 1 voice mail and she swears it never rang. Took it to the VZ store and they called the phone 5 times - every time it rang. They upgraded the PRL (what that has to do with the problem I have no clue!?) and said to keep an eye on it....

I checked the firmware and it's at 1.0.37 - is there a list of fixes in the latest upgrades and does anyone know if this is a common issue with the phone?

This is the same with my 2235. I noticed though it only effects me when I move from a no signal area to an area with a Signal... i'm not sure though...

The most recent version is js1.0.52

I have had a much more stable 2235 since I had it updated. Go to the VZW store and they will do it while you wait and it does NOT mess with your phone at all.
