TM150 Cycles on and off!

I had a problem with my TM150 last week, which I posted in my thread. I thought I fixed the problem and got the contacts back. However, now whenever I turn the phone on, within 5 seconds of connecting to the T-mobile network, the phone blanks out. Not quite shut off, then it comes back on in about 20 seconds and does the same thing. I got a replacement phone form T-mobile, however, I really want my contacts back. If anything can be done let me know. I also have a USB cable coming in tomorrow, so I might be able to do something with that.
