my webjal wont open anymore

every time i try 2 open it says "the application was unable to retrieve required information from the server" so can any1 please help me

Either you're not connected to the internet, or you didn't do the offline patch/make your own server correctly.

i have tryed the patch and tryed to make my own server about 5 times and it still gives me that! i think it might be becuase my win xp is not a lagit copy and i cant download the service packs any one got any suggestions?

Even when connected to the internet it gives you the "can't retrieve info from server" message?

yes to use webjal you have to be connected to the internet! thats where dsl and cable comes in handy quiet well! lol!

need some patch help or something like that hit me up on AIM

mine stopped working because of my trial period being up. So I sent them their $10 and havn't received my key yet. Dangit they slow :lol

No, you don't need to be connected to the internet to use WebJAL IF YOU HAVE THE OFFLINE PATCH! I assumed most people use that, but I guess not. I've never had to connect to internet to use WebJAL. And I've been doing this for 3+ years now.

Webjal is free. Who are you sending money to. And try deinstalling webjal. Then open up the patcher and click remove. Then install a free version of webjal version 3. Then install the ideninsider patcher and your problem should be solved.

i have ? is webjal 3 the same as the first so i wont get confused

i keep getting a run time error 62 i keep getting this everytime i try to intall the patcher, when i try to remove it, it says the same thing what should i do? i have been using webjal for 2 yrs and have not had this problem i have uninstalled webjal and reinstalled it like 5 times and it still says the same thing please someone help me out with this

I am getting the same problem.
The thing is, webjal works on 2 of my laptops but not on my main PC.

I uninstalled webjal, and the patch, and then reinstalled everything. Nothing seems to work.

all you have to do is reinstall webjal then it should work i had the same problem and this works for me.if you have problems connecting your phone just unplug the phone and hit connect phone then plug the phone in real fast.
