CDM-8940 Pics?

Does anyone have any full size pics they have taken with this phone? I am trying to decide between the CDM-8940 and the LG VX-8100. I have seen some pics from the 8100, but none from the CDM-8940...anyone? Also, any thoughts on deciding between the two? TIA

[IMG]I don't know how to host pics I might spend a few minutes to figure it out later but when this phone was going to come out I really wanted to sell my 8940 and get it. Well a friend got it, I played with it and read about it and I'm keeping my phone. First its all crippled with the ring tones you cant send files to it and assign them to tones. I think they have found out how to do it with the data cable now. Also the mp3 player doesn't work at all and wont until Verizon starts up some service where you have to buy their songs from them for $.99. The way Verizon keeps crippling all the phones is very disheartening. Anyway the 8940 doesn't suffer from these problems just the SD card crippling. I'm not sure how the LG is with that. I think they have gotten movies on their SD cards. The LG just didn't have anything really neat about it. Also the pics on that phone did seem to be a little bit better I saw a pic of words up close in a book all the words were very clear I haven't seen my phone take one as clear as that. other wise they seamed comparable in the photo taking department.

One bad thing about the 8940 is the speakerphone. play with it at the store. It might as well not exist.

I'm really getting excited about the Samsung A970 right now. It might be able to pull me away from my Vox if it's not all crippled.

Sorry this isn't full size but i'm having serious problems with my sd card right now.

there are 3 sizes for the pictures...

640x480 (no zoom)
320x240 (1x or 2x zoom)
160x120 (1x, 2x, and 4x zoom)

as for MP3 ringtones, it's been figured out how to put them on via the SDcard, data cable, and though PIXPlace...

How do you put ringers on the card. I can put them on with the datacable but havent got the card ones to work.

I don't have an SD card yet, but my best guess is you can't. That would make it too easy for people to get free ringtones, something that no cell companies really want.

I could be wrong though. I have not seen any posts on how to pull ringtones from the sd card yet.

i don't have complaints about the speakerphone. most people think the speaker is on the wrong side of the phone because you hear it better if you turn it over but then you're talking into the back (still works). they do it this way on purpose to avoid the feedback problems yo would get otherwise. if you close the phone over your thumb it's the best of both worlds
