The 750i can automatically switch to camera mode as soon as you slide open the comera cover.

However, since the W800i doens't have that camera cover, what's going ot happen to the 750 when the 750 is running 800i firmware?

But I can't see a "cover" that slides open or close on the W800i though

say the 750 can get into the camera mode when u slide open the cover..
i'm wondering if the 750 is running the 800i firmware can do the same thing too

@ icen - please look a little more carefully at images of the rear of the W800i (or indeed the D750i, as there identical) - there IS a slider .. or more of a small shutter!

I can confirm that when I slide the lens cover open on my W800i flashed K750i, the camera powers up!
