well i got my phone last week and it was 349.99, now i juz check their website, and the retail price is 249.99, so will i be able to go back to the store and get a $100 back since i have that 30 day refund policy? or is this price not effective for retail stores?

That's a neat trick, considering I was just in a corporate store last weekend and they told me it was $419 for the no committment price and that's the same thing care told me. Am I being jerked around here, or is that still the no contract price for me?

At the retail store I visited, it was $399.99 with a $100.00 mail in rebate.

On cingular.com right now, the phone is $249 - $100 MIR = $149 total

that is with a 2yr contract

Thus rendering that price utterly worthless to those of us who are not eligible for upgrade until next year sometime.

No contract is 399 + you can use the 100 rebate bringing it down to 299.

****, I was going to start my service today and I see the price has gone up $50. Guess I was a day late.
