So, I've sent myself an MP3 ringtone via an MMS message. On my phone I can open the message and save the ringtone (MP3 tone). It saves to the Ringtone/Audio section and I can listen to the song but for some reason I cannot set it as a ringtone. The only options it gives me is to send the tone via MMS, delete the tone, or rename the tone.

Does anyone know how I can set the tone as a ringtone or how I can get that option?

My phone is a LG C1300. People tell me the phone doesn't play MP3 tones, but if it doesn't then it must change the tones to something else because I've gotten MP3 tones to play before as well as MMF tones.

Any help would be great, thank you!
