need some help in increasing ear piece volume

hello all, I just got a V3 and all I really want to do right now is to increase the ear piece volume cause its so hard to hear the other side. I've read through all of the tutorials and the seem editing stuff, but I just have 1 question that I would like to get answered before I do anything. I know I have to download gain_table.bin for this, and I'm suppose to goto offset "0D" and change the value to anthing other than 1. As I'm reading the tutorials all it says is "just type the number directly into the offset's two-digit box, no ned to go into the bit manipulator to do this" my question is, to the right of offset "0D" I see a bunch of boxes with binary numbers in it, do I just type the value in those boxes, which box?
Just so I can make sure I'm understanding all this right, from the picture, stuff in the red boxes are the offsets right? and the boxes with binary values like 00, FF are the two-digit box? So which two-digit box do I change the value in?

Use P2KTools and go under "Other Features" TAB and then change the gain table. Many suggests not to go over 4.
