Memory stick problem!~ (s710a)

i just got a 128 mg memory stick duo for my s710a, but its not accepting it in my fone, so im guessin have to format it or sumthing, but how do u do that?

The easiest way I can think of is to just use the memory card reader which... if you purchased your S710A from cnglr it will have come w/, hook it up to any PC and might work on macs too, and format it.. as if you were to format a floppy disk or hard disk drive.

Try turning the phone off then inserting the new memory card. Start up your phone and it should work. That's how I got mine to work on Monday when my new card arrived.

supposedly theres actually sony ms duo mem cards that WONT work with your phone
in another thread..somehwere in the sony forum...some guy bought a mhs 128N and it didnt' work..only A's do..not N
its on the back of your mem card in small writing
