When i send them to my phone as a pix message it says "unabel to play vid" and i cant listen or save it. but i can send mp3 files and listen and save them. Why cant i play .mid but i can play .mp3?

You have to rename the file extension from whatever format you have to .mid or .mp3. Just right click and rename (50cent.mp3 - 50cent.mid).
