what are some cool small all around mods for the v635 i do NOT want to flash my phone i have heard to many bad things and i just got this phone but NEways just like some tips and tricks or some good seem mods and stuff thanks ciao

Well, there is an inherent risk in flashing your phone I suppose, but I have done it to dozens of phones and all have been completely successful.
Anyway, if you want to mod your phone without flashing, check this out. I think it will help.
