"Memory is Low" voice on mpx 220

My mpx 220 occasionally broadcasts as a faint message "memory is low". I have looked at things and cannot find out why I get this message or what to do about it. Can anyone help? Thanks.

go to resorce manager and kill all running apps or reboot your phone

I never get a voice message but the rather annoying pop up message. Is there any way to completely dismiss this pop up without having to kill all programs?

the voice is coming from battery pack. go to the battery pack options and turn it off.
