Treo 650 dilema-to buy or not

Dear all,
I purchased a treo 600 about a year ago-After 6 months and 3 units I gave up and got an unlocked Razr. I use my phone quite a bit as I travel about 75% of the time. I really like having all my contacts and calendar with me. I also do not download much 3rd party software. While I loved having an all in one unit, the phone portion was terrible and seemed to get worse with each unit. Previously had the Kyocera 7135-great phone. Reason I switched to treo was I needed GSM for international travel.
The razr is the best phone I have ever used in terms of call quality and the speakerphone works well. Had the MPX220 for about a day and returned it for much of the same issues-poor call quality.
I do miss my treo and still use the 600 from time to time (unlocked as well-in fact I always only get unlocked devices).
Is it worth trying the 650? Do you think the bugs have been worked out I have been using Palm OS for years and do not want to switch operating systems as it synches with my ACT database.
One other embarassing question-For my personal email I use yahoo-when setting up email on treo 600-does anyone know the Incoming POP3 Server and Outgoing SMTP Server data I need to enter into my Treo 600?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Michael

After the recent Rom updates, the Treo 650 is very stable and functions very well. The only problems you might have is manufacturer's defect, which can happen but unlikely.

these phones are generally pretty stable but they do have their moments to where they dont get along with certain third party apps. its just a fact of life that all Treo owners have to deal with.
