Treo 650:Ever have this problem?

You dial a # on either keypad & press "Send" & the phone resets...everytime. I don't understand. But I can dial a # through the contacts with no issues at all. Any thoughts?

The problem I'm having with the (#) is this: When I dial the (#) from the phone it goes continuously, or until I press another key. It doesn't do it when the dialpad is visible on the touchscreen, only in the other view with the "hang-up" button on the screen. Very annoying.
